Endava Limited seeks a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision to build a world-class sports performance solution. You will design and deploy CV systems to extract insights from videos and model complex movements, with strong ownership of technical decisions and clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires deep learning expertise, Python and PyTorch, and experience with 2D/3D pose estimation, timing-based models, and production-grade pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying computer vision systems to production.
• Experience with object and people detection.
• Motion analysis and understanding of complex movement patterns.
• 2D pose estimation or advanced motion analysis techniques.
• Temporal modeling across video sequences.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models.
• Dataset curation, annotation workflows, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with video involving complex or fast movements, high frame rates, motion blur, occlusions.
• Ability to design technical solutions, compare approaches, and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication with client teams.
