Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying computer vision systems to production.
• Object and people detection in video data.
• Motion analysis and complex movement understanding.
• 2D pose estimation or equivalent motion analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for DL model development.
• Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating DL models.
• Dataset curation, annotation workflows, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with video featuring fast movements, motion blur, occlusions.
• Ability to design technical solutions independently and justify choices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced CV solutions to analyze movements from video.
• Own technical solutions and make informed decisions in collaboration with client teams.
• Communicate complex trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with production pipelines to ensure robust model performance in real-world data.
• Contribute to proposal work and technical leadership during projects.
