McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior communications leader to head the Mexico Reach & Engagement team. This role drives media and external relations, collaborating with colleagues across media, events, publishing, and communications to advance McKinsey’s knowledge and reputation in Mexico.

You will oversee two key locations—Ciudad de Mexico and Monterrey—supporting ~150 colleagues and coordinating with the Latin America R&E team to share regional projects and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in business communications, preferably in professional services or corporate comms.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and firm tools (Box, Slack).
• Excellent understanding of the Mexican media environment and key stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage external/internal communications and multi-channel strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Mexico Reach & Engagement team across media, social, events, publishing, and external relations.
• Support two locations: Ciudad de Mexico and Monterrey, coordinating with ~150 colleagues.
• Develop and implement global communications programs, events, and publications.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and strengthen external relationships.
• Manage a communications team, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
