SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Enablement professional to support a SaaS platform across AWS and Azure, driving reliability, security, and scalable deployments.

You will own automation, CI/CD pipelines, runbooks, and on-call rotations, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Services to deliver production-ready solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in 24x7 production operations, deep cloud fundamentals (Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux), and scripting (Python, Bash).

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations for SaaS or cloud services.
• Strong depth in public cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) with at least one and preferably both.
• Hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production (EKS/AKS or equivalent).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
• Release automation and CI/CD with tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and optimize service enablement to support cloud workloads across AWS/Azure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response for cloud infrastructure and services.
• Maintain runbooks and standard patterns for repeatable deployments and on-call readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services to design durable, scalable platform solutions.
• Participate in guardrails for security, compliance, and cost management.
