Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. CRA I for Mexico to perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) while ensuring regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance. The role requires strong communication skills, GCP knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

You will support IP handling, source data verification, and site processes per CMP/SMP, contributing to data integrity and patient safety across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Communicates/escalates serious issues to the project team and develops action plans.
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF, TMF and IP labeling/dispensing per protocol; supports audit readiness.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and company SOPs/processes.
• Assists with subject recruitment, retention and tracking in data systems.
• Acts as liaison with study site personnel or with Central Monitoring Associate.
