Louis Vuitton in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional, client-centric experiences through advanced clienteling and compelling brand storytelling. You will cultivate lasting relationships, exceed sales targets, and serve as a role model upholding brand standards and values.

• Seek and act on feedback regarding client and team interactions to enhance service, performance and collaboration.
• Leverage advanced clienteling skills to engage clients, anticipate desires, and deliver personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Articulate compelling product stories, including features, Maison history, and brand DNA.
• Cultivate a refined client book, acquire new clients through trust and elevated service, and foster long-term loyalty.
• Serve as a role model and exceptional Client Advisor, inspiring the team through best practices and insights.
• Foster collaboration, mutual respect, inclusion and recognition among colleagues.
• Demonstrate brand standards in grooming, behavior and values, leading by example.
