Johnson & Johnson is a global leader in MedTech and cardiovascular solutions, driving innovation at the intersection of biology and technology. The role sits within the Supply Chain Planning team in Ciudad Juarez, supporting production planning and scheduling for cardiovascular products.

The position collaborates with internal and external suppliers, interprets MRP requirements, and ensures inventory levels align with production and financial targets.

Formación

• Bachelor level degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar planning/purchasing role.
• Experience with planning and purchasing processes and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Interact daily with production and planning teams.
• Interact with internal and external suppliers.
• Interpret MRP requirements and manage inventories to meet production and financial needs.
• Expedite materials and resolve material quality issues.
• Coordinate consignation inventories and resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

Purpose:

• In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Daily interaction with production and planning.
• Daily interaction with internal and external suppliers.
• Interprets MRP requirements.
• Manages inventory levels to comply with production and finances requirements.
• Expedites materials.
• Solves material rejection and quality problems.
• Coordinates consignation inventories.
• Solves discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Public Accountant, Industrial Engineer or related career.
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Planning and Purchasing.
• Knowledge of JDE system.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-driven and self-motivated.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
