Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

You’ll work across client builds and internal products, shaping scoping and estimates from-day-one. You’ll lead workshops, document current and future-state processes, and partner with Product Managers to prioritize the backlog.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and translate input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules, and data definitions.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Backlog grooming with Product Manager and sprint planning support.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers in Figma to align flows with requirements.
• Clarify questions for engineers during sprints and ensure acceptance criteria map to tests.
• Coordinate QA and assist with user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements organized in Google Drive for traceability.
• Capture compliance, security, and audit requirements in explicit terms.
