Bluelight seeks a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.

You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight internal products, helping scope and estimate new projects with stakeholders and teams.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar in software projects.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and translate input into structured requirements.
• Strong skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile/Scrum.
• Experience with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
• Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals, workflows and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules, and data definitions.
• Break scope into epics and stories to help engineering estimate confidently.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with Product Manager to groom the backlog for each sprint.
• Coordinate with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Answer engineering questions and keep requirements current.
• Work with QA to ensure acceptance criteria map to tests.
• Support sprint demos and coordinate user acceptance testing with clients.
• Organize requirements docs in Google Drive for easy access.
• Capture SOC 2, security and audit requirements explicitly.
• Be a trusted point of contact for clients on scope and requirements.
• Translate between business and technical audiences clearly and without jargon.
• Surface scope changes early and explain tradeoffs.
