Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Buildings Services Manager to lead electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network and oversee hard facilities services at all operational sites. You will drive preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and cost control while coordinating with regional teams and vendors.

With 5+ years in program management and 10+ years in electrical infrastructure, you will act as a regional SME, drive major initiatives, and ensure high service levels and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, power systems, and building services management.

Responsibilities

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network and lead root cause analyses.
• Governing preventive maintenance programs for power distribution systems with vendors and utilities.
• Monitor energy indicators: consumption, demand, power factor, quality, and costs per site.
• Support site-based teams in delivering hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage).
• Manage building plumbing systems including water, sewage, and pumps with preventive maintenance and compliance.
• Track costs and ensure compliance with regional managers and finance teams.
• Analyze service and asset data to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve recurring issues and escalate critical infrastructure topics.
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage vendors, KPI/SLA measurement, and sourcing of new vendors.
