Ariston Saltillo, part of Ariston Group, is seeking a Senior Building & Utilities Engineer to lead plant utilities, infrastructure and expansion projects to support manufacturing excellence. You will own electrical, mechanical and utility systems, drive capital projects from definition through handover, and coordinate vendors for safe, reliable operations.

Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil Engineering, 7+ years in facilities or industrial engineering, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years in Facilities, Utilities, Building Infrastructure, or Industrial Engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial utility systems and facility infrastructure.
• Experience managing capital projects in active manufacturing plants.
• Able to work independently and lead multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and specialized service providers.
• Strong PM, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical owner of plant utility systems (electrical distribution, substations, air, gas, water, HVAC, infrastructure).
• Lead utility expansions and upgrade projects with capacity studies and infrastructure plans.
• Manage Building & Utilities projects from definition to supplier evaluation, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Lead industrial building and infrastructure projects (floors, foundations, roofing, drainage, ventilation, warehouses).
• Act as senior technical authority with suppliers, validating solutions, quotations, safety and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, efficiency, capacity, and sustainability across systems.
