Nissan Mexicana in Mexico City is seeking a BI Sr. Specialist to develop analytics dashboards and data visualizations for the Aftersales organization. You will translate business needs into insights, design data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/data analytics, advanced SQL/Python skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI. This is an on-site role in Mexico City with a strong focus on KPI delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, math, stats, analytics or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years BI/Data Analytics experience in Aftersales or related business environments.
• Experience designing KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop business intelligence solutions addressing reporting needs.
• Translate end-user requirements into dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
• Generate insights using internal and external data sources.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Extract, validate, transform, and analyze large data sets for business objectives.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance scorecards for monitoring and decision-making.
• Design data models, trend forecasting solutions, and analytical visualizations.
• Test and validate reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Document data processes, rules, and reporting methodologies.
• Perform data mapping/integration across multiple sources; support multiple projects.
