UST is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer Lead I in Data Engineering to support the Self-Service Analytics Center of Excellence. You will enable and troubleshoot BI users, manage Tableau and Power BI environments, and collaborate on governance and automation efforts across the analytics stack.

You will drive best practices for data modeling, semantic layers, and reporting across Snowflake, Vertica, Oracle, and SQL Server platforms, partnering with global teams to deliver scalable BI

Formación

• Proficient in BI tools and analytics platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with Kimball dimensional modeling and analytic data modeling.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and enable BI analytics user base; troubleshoot and answer user questions.
• Assist users to apply standards for Tableau and Power BI usage.
• Document knowledgebase materials and error catalogs; drive KTLO reductions.
• Administer Tableau Server and Power BI Service; manage access and licenses.
• Deploy, govern, and tune Tableau and Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with SSACOE to advance self-service BI strategy.
