Fitch Group in Monterrey, MX seeks an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable services and APIs. You will work with Java/Spring Boot and Python, developing robust data integrations and RESTful interfaces to support enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and uphold quality through automated tests, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices in a cloud‑native environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Develop and integrate APIs with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and data/engineering teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and performance improvements.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
