Confiz is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Finance Technology Delivery team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will lead multidimensional projects, mentor team members, and create software using agile methodologies.

The role requires strong knowledge in C# (.NET Core), microservices architecture, and cloud services like AWS or Azure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and tackle complex engineering challenges within a collaborative environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidimensional projects that involve multiple teams.
• Design, develop, and implement software utilizing an agile project cycle.
• Mentor others on the team and raise the bar for technical knowledge.
• Coordinate with the next shift team member for task updates.
