Fut-ure Recruitment and Technology is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a smart, motivated engineering team. You will extend our SaaS platform with new features, refactor services, and maintain globally distributed web apps used by millions daily.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other engineers. Fluency in English is required and a strong focus on code quality and long-term process improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years backend engineering experience.
• 3+ years cloud solutions experience (AWS/GCP).
• Strong experience with Node.js or similar languages.
• Deep Python knowledge and ecosystem.
• Experience designing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
• Experience in test automation, unit testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of good testing practices and automated environments (TDD).
• Building well-designed, tested applications with clean code.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills for complex technical scenarios.
• Team-oriented, eager to share knowledge and learn.

Responsabilidades

• Apply modern software design practices to extend our SaaS platform.
• Develop and maintain globally distributed web applications used by millions.
• Monitor, benchmark, and improve (micro)service performance.
• Collaborate with back- and front-end developers, UX/UI experts, and product designers.
• Take ownership of projects and mentor other team members.
