Placements24 is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a fully remote engineering team. Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure that power our SaaS solutions. You will work across Python/Java/Node.js/Go, collaborate with product and DevOps, and mentor junior engineers in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive backend development experience with API design and microservices.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD and automated testing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
