Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead Azure Government architecture design for LATAM, with remote work from Mexico. You will shape end-to-end solutions, ensure security and compliance, and guide engineering teams across product, security, and delivery functions.

The role requires expertise in Azure Gov services, governance, and modern cloud-native patterns, including DevSecOps practices, IaC, and AI-enabled architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions in Azure Government environments.
• Experience producing architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of networking, security, identity, compute, and platform services.
• Experience guiding engineering teams and ensuring design compliance with governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned to business requirements across Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams.
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural governance and standards are followed.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solution opportunities within Azure Gov and regulated cloud contexts.

Strong experience designing solutions in Azure Government environments

Solution & Technical Architecture

Experience with Zero Trust, RBAC, MFA, Key Vault, and identity integration

Understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern application patterns
