Softtek is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Administrator to manage enterprise Azure platform operations, including AVD, identity governance, and security governance. You will administer subscriptions, networking, Key Vault, and monitoring while driving automation and compliance across the platform.

Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud services with a focus on governance and incident response.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure Administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Azure subscription administration and resource governance.
• Hands-on experience managing Resource Groups, Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, DNS, Network Security Groups, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure Storage.
• Experience supporting and administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Strong knowledge of FSLogix administration and profile management.
• Experience with image management, maintenance, and patching processes for virtual desktop environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID administration and identity governance.
• RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, Managed Identities, and Group Management.
• Access reviews and identity security best practices.
• Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Security Center, compliance controls, governance frameworks, and security guardrails.
• Azure Key Vault secret, certificate, and key management.
• Automation using Managed Identities and enterprise security controls.
• Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, alerts, dashboards, incident response, RCA, capacity management.
• PowerShell and Azure CLI scripting.
• Azure Automation and IaC with ARM Templates and Bicep.
• Support enterprise-scale Azure operations and production environments.
• Regulated environments with compliance and governance requirements.
• Audit readiness, access controls, documentation standards, and change management.
• Collaboration with engineering, security, and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Azure platform administration and operational support activities.
• Administer Azure subscriptions, resource governance, networking components, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including image management, patching, and platform optimization.
• Partner with technical leadership to ensure platform stability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Implement and maintain Azure governance standards, policies, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Manage identity and access controls through Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, and access review processes.
• Administer Azure Key Vault and ensure secure management of secrets, certificates, and encryption keys.
• Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, creating dashboards, alerts, and operational insights.
• Lead incident response activities, troubleshooting efforts, Root Cause Analysis investigations, and service restoration actions.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Automation, ARM Templates, and Bicep.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and documentation standards.
• Support capacity planning, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and operations stakeholders to implement and maintain enterprise cloud standards.
• Maintain operational documentation, change management records, and support procedures.
• Drive improvements in automation, governance, monitoring, and platform efficiency.
