INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Security Engineer to act as the technical authority for securing cloud-native infrastructure in AWS. You will design, implement, and maintain security architectures that keep workloads resilient and compliant.

You will lead IAM policies, embed security in IaC pipelines, and establish monitoring, threat detection, and automated compliance. The role invites experienced professionals who value security, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Security or AWS-related roles.
• Proven AWS security architecture expertise.
• Hands-on IAM and least-privilege control experience.
• Security automation for IaC pipelines.
• Experience in monitoring, compliance automation and incident response.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS security architectures for enterprise workloads.
• Enforce least-privilege IAM across cloud assets.
• Integrate security checks into IaC deployment pipelines.
• Establish security monitoring, threat detection, and compliance verification.
• Lead incident response and remediation for cloud vulnerabilities.
