EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to define test strategies, run manual and non-functional testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TV applications meet quality standards across devices.

You will automate tests, diagnose issues, and maintain QA processes while working with remote teams; fluency in English (B2+) is required. The role offers international project exposure and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or functional testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python development language.
• Working knowledge of Robot framework, DVB, and OTT technologies.
• Solid understanding of QA best practices and methodologies (ISTQB-based).
• Familiarity with STB, Android, iOS, and Web applications (installation and usage).
• Technical skills in ADB log collection and analysis, Linux, and API testing.
• Experience with network analysis using Wireshark and Jira ticket management.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams across time zones.
• Fluent English (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) with strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategies and determine actions to run effective tests.
• Coordinate testing of TV applications across multiple device types.
• Diagnose issues and identify root causes on Front End/Back End platforms.
• Perform regression, performance, integration and other non-functional testing.
• Document and report bugs with detailed requirements to support investigations.
• Set up and adjust the platform to create accurate testing environments.
• Automate and maintain tests using robots and test frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep quality topics visible.
