You will provide hands-on support, ensure reliability and performance, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality IT service management.

Fluency in English is required; 5+ years in IT support with Atlassian administration in enterprise settings is expected.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent.
5+ years IT support or systems engineering experience.
Atlassian product administration in enterprise settings (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident handling.

Aufgaben

Provide advanced end-user and production support for Atlassian tools in enterprise.
Own complex issues and incidents, perform in-depth troubleshooting and RCA.
Support integrations and plugins within the Atlassian ecosystem with vendors.
Configure projects, workflows, permissions, and user management in Atlassian tools.
Monitor performance and uptime; participate in upgrades and tuning.
Collaborate with global IT/engineering teams on deployments and migrations.
Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues.
Provide guidance and training on Atlassian best practices to users.
