Qualifications

• Professional background in architecture, with substantial experience as a Project Architect, Architectural Project Manager, Job Captain, or similar role.
• Direct experience delivering architectural projects in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, with the ability to independently produce and review construction documents.
• Strong construction administration experience, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and coordination during construction.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
• Experience in retail or commercial architecture, including renovations in existing buildings.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes, ADA accessibility standards, and egress requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with ability to discuss technical issues with U.S. project teams.

Responsabilités

We are seeking an experienced architectural professional to join a U.S. architectural team specializing in high-end retail and commercial renovations. This role combines hands-on architectural production with project management and construction administration, supporting projects from construction documentation through construction.

The ideal candidate has advanced proficiency in Revit AND AutoCAD, with proficiency in both highly desirable, and can independently move projects forward, resolve technical questions, and deliver detailed, accurate construction documents.

Direct experience working on U.S. architectural projects is required.

• Strong construction administration experience, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and technical coordination during construction.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination experience.
• Experience in retail or commercial architecture, including renovations and work within existing buildings.
• Strong architectural detailing skills and an understanding of construction methods, materials, and the integration of structural components.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes, ADA accessibility standards, and egress requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to discuss technical issues directly with U.S. project teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability for full-time remote work and coordination with the U.S. team during its working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury retail stores, flagship locations, branded commercial spaces, or high-end restaurant projects.
• Experience coordinating custom architectural features and complex detailing with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
• Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience using Procore.
