Responsibilities include providing technical oversight across multiple development areas, reviewing proposed solutions, and shaping development strategies to align with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Senior level experience in Applications Development.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions.
• Develop knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish goals.
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management and resource allocation.
• Define standards and negotiate with external parties when necessary.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies; escalate control issues.
