SWBC is seeking a senior application developer to build and maintain customer interfacing apps and core internal integrations. You will work in self-organized Agile teams to ensure software meets customer expectations as well as guides and mentors developers.

As a senior application developer for SWBC, you will take on a prominent role within our Agile delivery teams. You will mentor other developers and help drive cloud-native development across a dynamic product portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience with OOP and SOLID; strong SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in C#, HTML, JavaScript; experience with SQL performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and related dev tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer interfacing applications and core integrations.
• Participate in self-organizing teams and guide junior developers.
• Peer reviews to ensure development and security standards.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and goals.
• Mentor developers and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Address issues, support operations, and monitor systems.
