PayJoy in Mexico City is seeking a senior Android security analyst and team lead to drive testing and strengthen device lock protection across multiple markets. You will own the vulnerability discovery roadmap, mentor three analysts remotely, and coordinate efforts with developers and product managers.

This role requires hands-on testing across Android OS versions after OTA updates, exploration of bypass tools, and a strategic approach to risk assessment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in QA or security testing with 2+ years in Android testing.
• Experience leading a small team, setting direction and developing people while contributing individually.
• Strong understanding of Android OS architecture and hands-on bypass attempts with mitigations.
• Ability to scope and own testing strategy; familiarity with rooting, custom ROMs, Magisk/Xposed, and Android debugging tools.
• Attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three analysts based in multiple regions.
• Coordinate testing coverage across markets and prioritize high-risk devices and vulnerabilities.
• Escalate complex findings and determine severity, priority, and next steps.
• Establish testing standards and documentation to ensure quality as the team grows.
• Design and drive testing approaches for Android lock security after OTA updates.
