Talentflow is seeking a Mid-Senior Android Engineer to join a highly technical software engineering team building complex native Android applications and user interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with product, UX, and embedded teams to deliver high-quality software. This role offers autonomy, technical leadership, and opportunities to influence architecture and tooling decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years in native Android.
• Strong experience developing native Android applications.
• Extensive knowledge of Android SDK and various Android versions.
• Experience with Java and Kotlin and data binding.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver complex Android user interfaces using Java, Kotlin, and XML.
• Provide technical leadership around UI architecture and implementation.
• Participate in requirements, architecture, design, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Integrate Android apps with embedded software via serial and Ethernet interfaces.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Define tasks, estimate effort, and support project planning.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Balance multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy.
