You will promote Industry 4.0, implement new technologies, and ensure complete documentation and traceability across manufacturing systems. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and optimizing production processes is essential.

Formación

• Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and deliver objectives.
• Develop, validate, and optimize production processes.
• Coordinate NPI from concept to production and ensure line readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AME team and ensure achievement of objectives.
• Coordinate product introductions from concept through production.
• Ensure line readiness (capacity, quality, training, etc.).
• Implement automation solutions and new technologies.
• Plan and execute CAPEX projects and supplier relationships.
• Maintain technical documentation (DFM, PFMEA, work instructions).
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost savings.
• Promote Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives.
