AlertMedia is hiring a Sr Software Engineer to advance our AI-first development model. You will design and extend AI agents and automation that support engineering tasks—from planning to CI feedback. This hands-on role emphasizes practical improvement and cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

We seek developers who actively use AI tools, love coding, and want to streamline workflows. You’ll work remotely from Mexico with optional visits to the Mexico City office.

Formación

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI tooling and agent development.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsabilidades

• Stay current on AI tooling and techniques; propose improvements.
• Design and build AI agents and skills used in development (test generation, code review assistance, CI feedback).
• Improve and modularize local development environments; speed up tests and CI feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to adopt AI-assisted workflows.
