Jobgether is seeking an AI/ML Technical Architect Lead based in Mexico for a senior hands‑on leadership role. You will shape AI/ML strategy and architecture, contribute to model development, deployment, integration, and operationalization across regulated environments.

The position combines solution architecture, software engineering, MLOps, cybersecurity, and responsible AI, guiding cross‑functional teams and advising senior stakeholders on modern AI technologies and production readiness.

Formación

• Extensive AI/ML architecture and hands-on development experience.
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle, monitoring and explainability.
• Ability to operate in secure, regulated environments and meet compliance.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML solutions in large programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI/ML strategy, architecture, and modernization across complex programs.
• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and systems.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines, MLOps, model validation and monitoring.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI technologies and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide multidisciplinary teams.
