Zusammenfassung

Spin is hiring an AI Engineer to develop, integrate, and maintain AI-powered products across our ecosystem, from customer experiences to internal copilots. You’ll join a centralized AI Products Chapter, embedding into squads to bring real AI solutions into production.

You’ll work with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP, building scalable components, deploying models, and monitoring performance across production systems while collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in Data & Tech, with 1.5–2 years building AI/ML solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker or Vertex AI).
• Hands-on use of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Weaviate).
• Experience with MLOps for model tracking and logging.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs and AI concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of AI safety and responsible AI practices.

Aufgaben

• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots).
• Develop scalable AI components and services for production systems.
• Work across the full software lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and optimization.
• Integrate AI models with real-world systems, APIs and data pipelines.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitoring to track model performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering squads to deliver AI features.
