Arkham Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own and evolve our in-platform LLM applications and agent frameworks, serving data analysts and enterprise customers.

You will design, deploy, monitor, and improve AI systems, collaborating with product and engineering to turn complex requirements into reliable software and scalable architecture. This role provides end-to-end ownership of systems across deployment, testing, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience with production apps.
• 2+ years building backend systems including APIs and databases.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, version control, code reviews.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve Arkham’s in-platform LLM application for enterprise users.
• Develop internal agentic frameworks and tools to support code development, testing, review, and CI pipelines.
• Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure that support AI applications and agent execution.
• Build agentic workflows with tool integration, state management, and failure recovery.
• Establish evaluations and automated testing to measure quality and prevent regressions.
• Own deployment, monitoring, debugging, and ongoing improvement of production systems.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost across models, tools, and backend services.
• Work with engineering and product to define technical approaches and establish reusable patterns for AI development.
