AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered applications for enterprise software products. You will lead development of multi-agent systems, tool-using LLMs, and orchestration patterns.

We value deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, AWS, RESTful APIs, and building production systems with strong testing, observability, and security. You will mentor peers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot proficiency.
• Experience with AI agents, tool-using LLMs or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Python; RESTful APIs; AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and memory.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new capabilities and scale successful experiments to production.
• Deliver complete products, not just demos or integrations.
• Identify productivity gains through agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and help shape strategy across the org.
• Collaborate with product/engineering leaders to tie capabilities to outcomes.
