You will develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and multi-agent collaboration, and you will use agentic coding tools throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years in a software product development environment.
Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
Experience with AWS and RESTful APIs.
Senior-level experience building production systems.
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
Strong testing and security practices.
Ability to translate opportunities into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, data, and approvals.
Develop patterns for agent orchestration and memory management.
Use agentic coding tools across planning, testing, and deployment.
Integrate agents into development, testing, and operations workflows.
Set standards for observability, reliability, and governance.
Prototype new agentic capabilities and productionize successful experiments.
Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
Collaborate with leaders to link capabilities to outcomes.
