EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead AI & Deep Learning Engineer to merge classic ML/DL with agentic AI patterns for real-time live-stream workflows.

You will deliver production-ready agentic systems for content scanning, tagging, audio/visual classification, and contextual ad insertion, while designing event-driven microservices over WebSockets with vector search/OpenSearch and Weights & Biases evaluation. You will design and deploy advanced agentic AI frameworks, fine-tune models for OCR and audio

Formación

5+ years of software engineering experience in ML/DL and agentic AI workflows.
Experience building stateful, event-driven microservices and agentic frameworks.

Responsabilidades

Design and deploy agentic AI frameworks for real-time workflows.
Build and fine-tune ML/DL models for classification, OCR, and audio analysis.
Architect and optimize search/retrieval systems using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
Implement evaluation pipelines in Weights & Biases for model version validation.
Collaborate in a fast-paced Kanban setup with rapid prototyping.
Deliver autonomous agentic workflows over WebSockets for live tagging.
