Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking a senior finance professional to ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance while driving financial performance across the BU/Function.

The role leads monthly and year-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and tax reporting, collaborating with HR, Legal, Tax, and Audit to support strategic decisions and sustain strong controls across the regional office.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Advanced computer skills including SAP, Oracle, and financial reporting software.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, company policy and SOP; recommends changes to strengthen control environment.
• Analyze and review monthly financial results for the BU/Function; assist in month-end and year-end close.
• Coordinate and review monthly and quarterly tax reporting under local regulations; VAT, Transfer Pricing, ISR, etc.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations and support global consolidation efforts.
• Plan and direct responses to audits; tax, internal and external audits, in line with US GAAP and local regs.
• Review CFDIs for alignment with accounting entries and ensure proper registration of leases and fixed assets.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Tax, and other functions as regional financial partner.
