A financial services firm in Nuevo León, Mexico is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage Accounts Receivable/Payable and tax issues. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in finance, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include handling financial operations, analyzing accounts monthly, and coordinating financial matters across departments.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience in the finance field.
• Familiar with tax and export tax returns.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues.
• Manage tax issues and PRC report declarations.
• Oversee general administration in the accounts department.
• Review accrued items for proper accruals and expenses.
• Develop and analyze financial accounts monthly.
• Coordinate financial issues among departments.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• More than 5 years experiences in finance field
• Good English, familiar with tax and export tax return
• Bachelor degree in Accounting and above

What you'll be doing on the job

• Handle AR/AP issues
• Handle Tax issues and PRC report declaration
• General administration of day to day operation in the accounts department
• Review accrued items regularly to ensure sufficient and proper accruals and expenses e.g. expense amortization, G/L adjustments, salary, etc;
• Develop and analyze financial accounts on monthly basis
• Coordination among other departments of financial issues
