Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support monthly close processes and provide rigorous balance sheet analysis. The role requires reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reporting variances to management in English.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of general ledger accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. CPA or NetSuite/Cognos experience are a plus in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Fluent in English.
4–6 years professional general ledger accounting experience and strong accounting skills.
Strong understanding of US GAAP principles.
Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review, analyse and prepare monthly journal entries for month end close.
Prepare detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, obtain supporting documentation and resolve items.
Analyze large datasets and prepare accruals for P&L and balance sheet accounts.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely recording of transactions.
Identify potential process improvements and document standard operating procedures.
Provide explanations for account variances and support audit/compliance activities.
Work with internal/external auditors and prepare quarterly/year-end schedules.
Collaborate with FP&A and other partners to understand financial changes.
