We're looking for a Senior Account Manager – someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who loves working closely with clients and a team. You'll be responsible for driving client satisfaction,

increasing cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn.

Responsibilities
  • Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients.
  • Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, and we'd love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2-3 PM EST.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success.
  • Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in media planning and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team.
Salary & Benefits

Salary : $3,000 – $3,500 per month
