Your day to day

• Lead security operations across the affiliate, ensuring smooth and safe business continuity.
• Assess risks and conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement smart solutions.
• Drive security programs and emergency plans, making sure they’re tested and ready.
• Partner with business units (commercial, manufacturing, supply chain) to embed security best practices.
• Analyze data and trends to anticipate threats and strengthen resilience.
• Collaborate with external agencies and industry experts to stay ahead of evolving risks.
• Train teams and run simulations to ensure everyone knows what to do when it matters most.

Who We’re Looking For

• Up to 3 years of experience in corporate or operational security.
• Experience and knowledge of risk assessments, audits, supply chain security standards (TAPA, C-TPAT).
• Fluent English.
• Tech-savvy: MS Office; Power BI is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and ability to lead by example.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for data interpretation and problem-solving.
