Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Security Access & Badging Analyst to safeguard plant operations and manage badge issuance using Honeywell ProWatch, CCTV systems, and data workflows. The role requires coordinating with security teams and supporting security projects at the Mission Hills facility in Mexico.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of security tech experience, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Process Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in physical security, security technology systems, or access control administration.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (advanced Google Sheets and Google Slides; intermediate Looker Studio / Data Studio).
• Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Access Control Administration (ProWatch): manage daily card issuing, activation, modification, and deactivation of credentials for employees, affiliates, and contractors.
• Badging Operations & Consumables Control: supervise printing, distribution, and re-issuance of badges; manage inventory for supplies.
