Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Security Access & Badging Analyst at the Mission Hills facility to administer physical and electronic access control systems, manage badge issuance, credentialing workflows, and badge inventory for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will utilize Honeywell ProWatch and CCTV platforms, perform system updates, audits, and support security projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Process Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in physical/patrimonial security, security technology systems, logistics security, or access control administration.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (advanced Google Sheets and Google Slides; intermediate Looker Studio / Data Studio).
Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Access Control Administration (ProWatch): Manage daily card issuing, activation, modification, and deactivation of credentials for Mission Hills employees, affiliate personnel, and third-party contractors in Honeywell ProWatch.
