Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Mexico to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You will support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, making a meaningful impact during peak seasons. This role is ideal for individuals seeking extra income during summer or holiday breaks, with opportunities to grow into regular part-time or full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with stock duties as needed.
• Work both front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processing.
• Deliver omnichannel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill scheduled working hours according to Under Armour attendance policy.
