Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to be the key link between our customers and global teams, ensuring smooth sea freight operations from start to finish.

You will act as main contact for assigned customers, coordinate shipments, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance to deliver exceptional service. Intermediate English required and 1+ year in freight forwarding.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate English required.
• 1+ year of experience in Freight Forwarding / International Freight Transportation, with exposure to Sea Logistics.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Customs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and manage communications.
• Coordinate sea freight import/export shipments with customers and Kuehne + Nagel offices.
• Ensure operations follow WI, SOPs and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure service delivery.
• Support new business implementations and commercial activities for assigned accounts.

How you create impact

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and follow-up throughout their sea freight operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on sea freight import and export shipments with customers and Kuehne + Nagel offices.
• Ensure operations are executed according to established Working Instructions (WI), SOPs and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and operational profitability, ensuring proper follow-up of assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support new business implementations and commercial activities for assigned accounts.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering or a related field.
• Intermediate English.
• 1+ year of experience in Freight Forwarding / International Freight Transportation, with exposure to Sea Logistics.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Customs.
