Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Consulting Systems Engineer focused on sales, primarily onsite in CDMX. You will provide technical leadership, design end-to-end solutions, and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful deals.

You will work outside HPE offices, engaging with customers to tailor technology solutions. The role emphasizes domain expertise across mobility, security, and branch offerings with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.

Job Family Definition

• Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs.
• Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
• Provides the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.
• Aligned to specific products or product-lines.
• The Consulting Systems Engineer is also a subject matter expert in their area of specialization (i.e., Mobility, Security, Branch, etc), responsible for consulting customers on end to end technical designs to meet their business need.
• These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices.

Management Level Definition

• Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary.
• Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals.
• Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
