Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of CS fundamentals: OO design, OS, algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis.
• Knowledge of programming languages: C/C++, Python, Java or Perl.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in academic or professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to design, build, and operate innovative products and services.
• Break down complex problems into well-defined components before implementation.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable services with distributed-systems scope.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and validate correctness.
• Write clear technical documentation and use GenAI tools to enhance productivity while judging AI output.
• Work in an agile CI/CD environment with on-call responsibilities and production troubleshooting.
