Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Scrum Master to enable the effective functioning of a software development team on the Reinsurance AD project for AON CORPORATION. You will coach the Scrum Team, remove obstacles, and facilitate sprint ceremonies to promote transparency and collaboration.

Advanced Scrum proficiency is required; Agile Project Management and ADM for Distributed Agile Development are valuable, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-team performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Scrum required.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and ADM (Distributed Agile Development) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s), remove obstacles, and facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Identify and report progress through metrics.
• Collaborate across teams, contribute to key decisions, and propose solutions to issues.
