UST is seeking a Scrum Master in Mexico to facilitate agile ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, and help teams deliver business value using Azure DevOps. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across technology and analytics teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, be proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile, and be able to produce executive dashboards from Agile data.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams.
  • Azure DevOps & Tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience building executive-level status reporting (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Power BI or similar dashboards) directly from Agile delivery data.
  • Agile Frameworks & Methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile principles.
  • Experience facilitating Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Metrics & Planning.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across technology, data, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Translate Azure DevOps data into executive-friendly reporting (dashboards, presentations) for project leadership and stakeholders.

You Are

UST is searching for a Scrum Master who will facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.


The Opportunity


  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value

  • Manage Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, work item tracking, dashboards, and reporting

  • Maintain ADO hygiene and structure so that status is transparent and self-service for teams and stakeholders, minimizing the need for manual status requests

  • Track sprint progress using Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, capacity, sprint commitments, and release readiness

  • Identify and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across technology, data, analytics, and business teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Translate Azure DevOps data into executive-friendly reporting (dashboards, presentations) for project leadership and stakeholders

What You Need


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5 - 8 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams

  • Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Azure DevOps & Tools

  • Strong hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, dashboards, and reporting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams

  • Experience building executive‑level status reporting (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Power BI or similar dashboards) directly from Agile delivery data

  • Agile Frameworks & Methodologies

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile principles

  • Experience facilitating Agile delivery across cross‑functional teams consisting of Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Agile Metrics & Planning

  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, release planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and continuous delivery practices

  • Ability to track sprint progress using velocity, burndown, capacity, sprint commitments, and release readiness

  • Expertise in story estimation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and capacity planning activities

  • Scrum Master Core Competencies

  • Proven ability to identify delivery risks, remove impediments, and successfully drive project execution

  • Experience managing Agile delivery including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, work item tracking, dashboards, and reporting

  • Ability to maintain ADO hygiene and structure so that status is transparent and self-service for teams and stakeholders

  • Communication & Leadership

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills

  • Strong English language proficiency, including verbal communication, written documentation, meeting facilitation, and executive‑level status reporting

  • Ability to translate Azure DevOps data into executive-friendly reporting for project leadership and stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Healthcare Payer organizations

  • Familiarity with healthcare data domains including Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Providers, Clinical, Quality, Risk Adjustment, or Regulatory Reporting

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification

  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud migration, data modernization, or analytics transformation initiatives

  • Experience working within distributed onshore/offshore delivery models
