Job summary

Nissan Mexicana is seeking an SCM Admin to join the Aftersales team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role involves managing Aftersales administration, supplier penalties, scorecards, and ordering for dealers/export customers, including batteries/keys.

The candidate will interface with North American suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support core administrative functions while leveraging MS Office and MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least four years in administrative roles.
• Experience with MRP or similar inventory control systems.
• Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Performs daily Aftersales administration activities.
• Manages supplier penalty process for non-compliant actions.
• Distributes supplier scorecards reflecting performance.
• Handles ordering for specified dealer and export commodities.
• Supports special orders and backorder reporting.
• Coordinates with North American suppliers and resolves invoice discrepancies.
• Conducts post-mortem reviews of buyback cases and assists administrative functions.
