Job summary

Accenture in Mexico City is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation engagements, guide project teams, and coordinate with senior client stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

You will own solution design for FI/CO/FSCM, run fit-gap sessions, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, oversee cutover and go-live activities, and mentor consultants while contributing to the growth of the SAP Finance practice in Mexico.

• Experience leading SAP Finance transformation programs.
• Ability to run fit-gap analysis with senior finance stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP Finance transformation engagements.
• Lead solution design for FI/CO/FSCM across engagements.
• Manage delivery, risk, budget, and timelines for multiple workstreams.
• Oversee cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
